The Sculpt & Shred Combo is a powerful, high-intensity sequence designed to fire up your full body and bring the heat into your WeaponUP practice. In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to: • Hold the sword with both hands for maximum control and strength • Perform a lunge strike on one side, then the other, and return to the first side—creating a 3-strike rhythm that sculpts the legs, glutes, and arms • Flow into a Half Flower and finish with a final strike on the opposite side, combining precision with dynamic power This combo is designed to build endurance, strength, and control while keeping your movements sharp and intentional. It’s fast, fiery, and perfect for stacking into your own custom high-energy flows. Repeat often to train power, balance, and form under pressure.

This drill is a lot of fun! It was a bit harder to learn than I expected, but I was able to get it by slowing it down a bit. Due to my current medical condition, I'm not able to go down on my knee, but I have confidence that over time that I will be able to improve my health and increase my flexibility so I can get that knee down. I end each movement in a low warrior pose currently. Once I got the movement right overall, I practiced both sides for about 30 minutes and followed up with 20 full flowers on each side (which felt like a cool down). I also noticed that the proper positioning of your free hand at the end helps you keep your balance. What a great workout!
