Welcome to our Sun Salutations explainer! This video focuses on the basics of the Sun Salutations which are often used in the WeaponUp flows as a warm-up before introducing the sword. This video breaks down the fundementals of this flow for those new to yoga and we cover two different versions: 1. A modified sun salutation, with all the possible modifications. You are welcome to stay in the modified sun salutation for your entire practice. 2. A full sun salutation without any modifications. Please use the modified version or the full version as needed going forward in the studio! This can be practiced alone or with extra postures and flows added to it. Enjoy!

OMG...having never even done yoga this is so hard. I can't even touch my toes without bending and I have found that I have weak wrists, but I shall work on this every day and hopefully I will improve.

Thats an incredible attitude! Take it slowly, one day at a time and don't focus too much on what you can't do! Just be consistent in wanting to get stronger!
