You will learn a full "Ninja Warrior" drill step-by-step, starting with the ninja position (x3), the outside flower, and a three-time warrior repetition. This session will show you the drill once with explanations, and then perform it again for practice. Repeat the movements on both the right and left sides as many times as you want—even until your legs give out! You are guaranteed to "feel the burn".
