Welcome to our Miami "Off the Mat" flow! This is a fun flow that we practiced all across Miami during Art Basel. It involves a lot of flow and "flowers," but not too many acrobatics. We advise that before attempting the flow, participants should ensure they have a lot of space and have all their basics down. It is intended as a challenge for when you are already feeling "flowy". We start with three half flowers, with the sword behind you. The movements include half flowers, full flowers, pointing the leg, lifting the sword, striking, shifting weight, and entering into positions like warrior three, reverse warrior, and warrior one. We recommend mirroring the flow (by clicking the button with two triangles facing each other) and trying it on the left side as well. Feel free to slow the video down to 0.25 speed to make it easier to memorize.
