This unique practice incorporates sword work with traditional yoga, featuring: • Seated Warm-up: Begin with deep breathing and foundational movements, including outside and overhead flowers while seated in zigzag and stacked-leg positions. • Core and Flexibility: Engage in cat-cow variations and deep forward folds to open the hips and hamstrings. • Balance and Strength: Transition to standing for a series of balance exercises, including grabbing the big toe and moving through an openhearted Warrior 3. • Dynamic Flow: Connect your movements in a striking warrior flow, incorporating reverse warriors and outside flowers. • The Peak: Rise into the final poses, practicing both the traditional WeaponUp sword yoga Dancer pose and the specialized Wudang Dancer.
