Welcome to the WeaponUp Cycle Syncing Series — a program designed to be practiced across your cycle, not all at once. This series honors the reality that your energy, focus, strength, and emotions shift throughout the month, and invites you to train in a way that works with your body rather than against it. Across four phases — menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal — you’ll move through 12 classes designed around different qualities of practice. In the menstrual phase, we focus on grounding, precision, and stillness. In the follicular phase, we explore play, learning, and expansion. In the ovulatory phase, we train expression, flow, and strength. In the luteal phase, we return to focus, control, and boundaries. These classes are not meant to be rushed through back to back. Instead, you return to them in rhythm with your own body, using the sword as a tool for awareness, discipline, and self-trust. And if you do not experience a menstrual cycle, this series is still for you. You can use it as a mood-based map, choosing the phase that best matches your energy, emotions, and capacity that day. This is not about doing less. It is about training with more intelligence, intention, and respect for where you are.
