Our Biggest Upgrade Yet: The New WeaponUp Platform Is Here

There are certain moments in building something when you can feel a shift.

Not just because something has improved technically, but because it suddenly feels closer to the thing you always hoped it could become.

This is one of those moments for us.

We have just launched the new WeaponUp platform, and it is our biggest upgrade yet.

On the surface, yes, this is a platform update. The library you already know and love is still here. Your favorite classes, series, flows, and drills are all still part of the experience. But this launch is about much more than new functionality. It is about giving the practice more room to live. More room to grow. More room to be shaped not only by us, but by all the people who are part of this community.

WeaponUp has never felt like just a workout platform to me.

It has always felt like a place where women come to build something deeper in themselves. Confidence. Grace. Discipline. Expression. Self-trust. Power. Not the loud, performative kind. Something more embodied than that. A way of moving through the world that feels elegant and grounded and strong all at once.

That is what makes this update feel so meaningful.

It supports the practice, yes. But more than that, it supports the world around the practice.

A more personal way to move through WeaponUp

One of the things I love most about this community is that women come to WeaponUp for different reasons, and yet something meaningful happens to almost all of us once we are here.

Some come for strength. Some for flexibility. Some for the beauty of the sword. Some for the artistry of the flows. Some are looking for confidence. Some are looking for a new relationship with their body. Some simply want to feel powerful again.

And over time, the practice becomes more than the reason we first arrived.

That is why one of my favorite parts of the new platform is the ability to create playlists.

Now members can build their own collections from the library and shape their practice in a way that feels personal. You can create a playlist for graceful flow days, for rebuilding consistency, for confidence, for sword basics, for flexibility, for posture, for those moments when you need to feel softer, and for the moments when you need to feel stronger.

I love this because it reflects something true about WeaponUp: this practice lives differently in each woman.

It is not one rigid path. It is something you return to, build with, and make your own.

A community that can now inspire each other more directly

Another beautiful part of this upgrade is the ability to make playlists public.

That means members can now share the paths they have created through the library with the rest of the community. They can make their playlists visible, and others can browse them, save them, and discover new ways into the practice through each other.

This feels so special to me because WeaponUp has always been shaped by the women inside it.

The public playlist feature makes that visible in a new way.

Now someone may discover the perfect beginner progression because another member took the time to create it. Someone may find a weekly flow they love because another woman curated something soft and elegant and grounding. Someone else may save a playlist built entirely around confidence, strength, and returning to the body.

That kind of sharing feels deeply aligned with the spirit of our brand.

WeaponUp is not only about what we teach. It is also about what women awaken in each other here.

Bringing the sword yoga community into real life

If there is one part of this launch that feels especially emotional to me, it is the meetup feature.

Members can now create groups and events to connect with local community members in real life.

For a long time, WeaponUp has been a digital space where women from all over the world could train together in spirit, even when they were practicing alone in their homes. And that has always been beautiful. But with growth came a question I kept hearing, both from others and inside myself: who is near me?

Who else in this city is practicing?
Who else wants to gather?
Who else would come to a beach sword yoga flow, a coffee meetup, a local event, a book club, a WeaponUp practice in the park, or simply meet another graceful warrior nearby?

Now, for the first time, that possibility is built into the platform.

Members can create groups around their city, their interests, or their community identity. Maybe it becomes Booklovers of Tacoma. Maybe The Nesta Squad of Colorado. Maybe a local WeaponUp circle. Maybe something we never could have imagined ourselves.

And I love that.

We have left it open on purpose, because I do not want this community to feel over-scripted. I want there to be room for women to create something that feels like theirs. A recurring meetup. A one-off event. A beautiful local ritual. A first connection. A friendship. A circle.

That is where things start to become real in a different way.

More than fitness

What I have always believed about WeaponUp is that what happens here reaches far beyond exercise.

Yes, it is movement.
Yes, it is training.
Yes, it is about strength, mobility, focus, posture, flexibility, and skill.

But it is also about confidence.
It is about empowerment.
It is about grace.

It is about what happens when a woman repeatedly experiences herself as capable, expressive, poised, and powerful inside her own body.

It is a transformation.

It can change how she walks into a room.
How she holds herself.
How she recovers from a hard season.
How she sees her body.
How much space she allows herself to take up.
How much beauty and strength she is willing to embody at the same time.

That is why I never think of WeaponUp as “just” working out.

And that is why this platform update matters. Because it supports not only the practical side of the member experience, but the emotional and communal side of the practice too.

Opening the door wider

Another important part of this launch is the shop.

You can now purchase a WeaponUp sword outside of the membership plus sword bundle, which opens the door wider for women who want to enter the practice through the sword itself and makes the physical side of WeaponUp more accessible.

And this accessiblity means something.

More women with swords means more women beginning.
More women beginning means more women practicing.
And more women practicing means more possibility for connection, community, and real-life gathering.

The shop is not separate from the bigger vision. It is part of how this world continues to grow.

For every woman who has looked for WeaponUp near me

I know there are women who have searched some version of the same question for a long time.

Sword yoga near me.
In person sword yoga.
WeaponUp near me.
Sword yoga in real life.

What this launch says is: we are getting closer.

Not through some forced or overly polished version of community, but through real women being given the tools to find each other. Through groups. Through events. Through local gatherings. Through shared practice becoming shared space.

Because there is something so meaningful about realizing you are not the only one. That the thing that has been quietly changing you is also quietly changing women near you too.

The Graceful Warrior Tour

And because this launch is so much about bringing WeaponUp further into real life, it also felt important to mark it with something that does exactly that.

This May/June 2026 WeaponUp will be traveling across multiple cities and states from the East Coast to the West Coast as part of our Graceful Warrior Tour.

This tour feels like a natural extension of everything this new chapter is opening.

If the new platform creates more space for connection, discovery, and community, the Graceful Warrior Tour is a way of stepping directly into that energy. It is a chance to gather in person, move together, meet face to face, and celebrate what it means for this community to exist not only online, but in the real world.

For me, that is one of the most moving parts of all of this.

To think of women who may have first found WeaponUp alone on a screen now finding each other in real life. Meeting. Practicing. Showing up. Building something together. That is not small.

That is the beginning of a real movement.

The beginning of something bigger

This upgrade means a lot to me because it feels like WeaponUp is growing in the right direction.

Not just bigger, but deeper.
Not just smoother, but more human.
Not just more functional, but more alive.

It feels more reflective of what this community already is at its best: creative, strong, elegant, emotionally resonant, and full of women who are becoming more themselves through the practice.

To me, the graceful warrior has never been just a visual idea.

She is a woman building confidence through repetition.
She is a woman finding grace through discipline.
She is a woman reclaiming power through movement.
She is a woman discovering that strength and beauty do not cancel each other out.
She is a woman finding her people, her community.

That is what I hope this new platform supports more deeply than ever before.

So whether you have been with us for a long time or are only just discovering WeaponUp now, this feels like a beautiful moment to step in.

Explore the new platform.
Build your playlists.
Browse the public playlists of other members.
Create a group.
Host an event.
Visit the shop.
Follow the Graceful Warrior Tour.

This is our biggest upgrade yet.

And to me, it feels like the beginning of something much bigger than a platform.

It feels like WeaponUp becoming even more fully itself.
