Balance and Stretch into Dancer

Join us for a 25 - minute balance and flex class. We’ll start with gentle warm-up, followed by a gentle balance and stretch session. 

In this class our flow goes into a half kick, a forward foot grab, an eagle pose and an open hearted warrior ultimately ending into a dancer! We practice and repeat this on each side multiple times so I hope you enjoy!

The class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels. Modifications will be offered and you can ask questions throughout. Bring your mat, sword, and water bottle—and get ready to balance with your sword!
