This session introduces the "Wudang Dancer," a meditative posture taken from Wudang Tai Chi and held for multiple breaths to deepen focus and stability. 

What You Will Need: 
  • Equip yourself with a yoga mat, a straight sword (or a makeshift sword) and a water bottle. 
  • Begin seated on your mat, ready to engage in a deliberate flow that harmoniously blends each movement with mindful breathing. This class is perfect for those seeking a slow practice that not only challenges balance but also promotes deep relaxation and mental clarity.
