This 17-minute class begins seated, guiding you through nourishing shoulder and upper body stretches to unlock tension and create space. From there, we flow into cat-cow to awaken the spine, and gently challenge balance by extending the right leg while reaching the left hand forward with your sword—then switching sides.

We close with a grounded warrior sequence that melts into a soothing pigeon stretch, leaving you feeling centered, calm, and energized from the inside out.
