This 13-minute practice kicks off with a Half Flower warm-up before diving into a dynamic balance flow designed to challenge your coordination and ground your energy.

We begin in Sword Chair and move through a seamless sequence: Lunging Ninja → Warrior → Reverse Warrior → Chair → Wudang Dancer → Ninja. The flow builds each round with small additions to keep your mind engaged and your body steady.

With repetition, you’ll strengthen your stabilizers, sharpen your focus, and finish feeling empowered and aligned.
