This 13-minute practice begins in a comfortable seated position, guiding you through gentle zig-zag footwork and sword-supported stretches to open the ribs, shoulders, and hips. You’ll feel spacious and supple before even standing up.

From there, we rise into a graceful full flower sequence—flowing through movements that stretch and strengthen the entire side body. Each repetition builds with a new layer, keeping your mind present and your body engaged.

We work both sides equally, finishing with a final reach that leaves you taller, calmer, and more connected.
