Flex Agility: Sword Flow for Hip & Hamstring Mobility

Enhance your flexibility and fluidity with our Flex Agility class, where sword flow meets targeted hip, hamstring, and twist exercises.

This class begins with standing splits, challenging your balance and strength from the start. As you progress, you will engage in a series of movements that focus on opening and strengthening the hips and hamstrings, while incorporating dynamic twists to improve mobility.

What You Will Need: 
  • A yoga mat, a straight sword (or a makeshift sword), a water bottle. 
  • Bring yourself to the front of your mat and prepare to transition through sequences that blend balance, strength, and flexibility. The session builds up to intense side lunge drills, utilizing the sword to deepen the pose and enhance your overall flexibility training.
