  • Ensure you have a yoga mat, a straight sword (or a makeshift sword) and a water bottle. 
  • Start at the front of your mat, where you’ll flow through a series of progressively deepening backbends. 

The class culminates with precise sword maneuvers in camel pose, followed by soothing twists to balance and restore your body.
