Welcome to this Drills and Basics Flex Posture - the Flying Pigeon. We go through the posture in detail explaining what we do with our upper and lower body and then giving it some practice time! All these classes are meant to be repeated as repetition and practice makes progress!
What You Will Need: A yoga mat, a straight sword (or a makeshift sword), a water bottle, and a great attitude.
