Flexibility Fire Kicks and Splits

Welcome to Sabina's "Flexibility, Fire Kicks, and Splits" class!

In this session, you will focus on standing splits and kicks. The warm-up includes sun salutations as the class fuses flexibility with a little bit of strength and kicks.

The class includes:

  • A warm-up with sun salutations, including five deep breaths in downward dog, followed by two more rounds.
  • Moving into a chair pose, followed by Warrior 3, and an Openhearted Warrior.
  • Transitioning through an outside flower into a standing split.
  • Performing sets of 10 kicks from the standing split position, engaging the core.
  • Training different kick combinations, such as the "point, step, outside flower kick, and point" combo and the "lift, look back, step, kick, and hold" combo.
  • Repeating the standing split sequence and holding the split for 10 deep breaths.

The class concludes after "standing splits and fire kicks" with three deep breaths and a release of the sword.
