Today, allow the mirror to reflect your power back to you. Notice the steadiness in your legs, the precision in your grip, and the presence in your eyes.
Remember: You are strong, you are capable, you are allowed to take your time, and you are allowed to take up space. Let every slow movement serve as a reminder of who you are becoming.
