LIVE: Sculpt and Shred

Join us for a 4O-minute class designed to get you SWEATY. We’ll start with a quick warmup, followed by a WeaponUP full body sculpt session - HIIT style but with swords! 

The class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels - but it is intense so pace yourself! Bring your mat, sword, and water bottle—and get ready to shred with your sword!

I just want to say thank you so much for developing weapon up! I’ve worked out on and off for years, but I’ve never actually looked forward to a workout until now and I always want to do more when the workout is over. Question- is there anything I can wrap the handle with so it doesn’t try to slip out of my hand?

You can always tie a cotton cord around the handle for more grip! Alternatively use abit of chalk on your hands before practicing
