Mini-Grace Flow With A "Kick"

This 15-minute “Drills and Basics” session spotlights a short mini grace flow featuring a “knee kick”. 

We’ll first break down the upper-body movement, then the lower-body stance, before combining them into a smooth, cohesive sequence. Because it is short you can repeat this class many times—practicing it consistently will help build grace, and coordination as you refine each element of the flow.

What you will need: sword, yoga mat, and water bottle.
