Filmed live. Join us for this Qi-Gong Inspired Flow Workshop meant to act as a standing/moving meditation. We go through the different flows and postures that you will need and then repeat them eight times for one session, sixteen times for the second session and 32 times for the third session.

You will need your sword, your mat and your water bottle!
