The Half Flower Ninja

This 10-minute “Drills and Basics” session spotlights one of WeaponUP’s most recognizable flows: the half flower behind your back, culminating in the Ninja pose. 

We’ll first break down the upper-body movement, then the lower-body stance, before combining them into a smooth, cohesive sequence. Though brief, this class is highly repeatable—practicing it consistently will help build flexibility, strength, and coordination as you refine each element of the flow.

What you will need: sword, yoga mat, and water bottle.
