The Roving Ninja

This 10-minute “Drills and Basics” session helps you get the basics of the “The Roving Ninja”. A WeaponUP Sculpt movement that focuses on getting in and out of the ninja in a graceful manner!
We’ll first break down the upper-body movement, then the lower-body stance, before combining them into a smooth, cohesive sequence. Since it is quite short you can repeat it many times—practicing it consistently will help build grace, and coordination as you refine each element of the flow.
What You Will Need: A sword (or makeshift sword), yoga mat, water bottle.
