In Week 2, we’ll shift our focus to the Balance and Flex techniques. Balance classes will help you build stability and control, essential for mastering more advanced movements. Meanwhile, our Flex sessions will work on improving your flexibility and range of motion, ensuring your body is prepared for the fluid, dance-like sequences we’ll explore later in the program.
