Yasmine began her WeaponUp journey as a member, having never held a sword before. From her very first class, she instantly fell in love with the practice and felt empowered by the beautiful balance of grace, strength, and intentional movement that WeaponUp embodies.

Born and raised in Japan, Yasmine grew up in a culture where women are often seen as soft, quiet, or submissive. While she has always embraced the beauty of softness, she struggled with confidence and fully expressing her strength. WeaponUp became a transformative space where she was able to step out of her shell, reconnect with her body, and discover a powerful inner presence she hadn’t realized was there.

Inspired by her journey, Yasmine is passionate about helping women feel confident through intentional and expressive movement. Having gone from beginner to instructor herself, she understands the courage it takes to step outside of comfort zones and is honored to share graceful, empowering flows that celebrate both softness and strength. She looks forward to continuing to grow, inspire, and move with intention alongside the WeaponUp community.
