Beginner Friendly Warrior Flow
with Sabina Storberg
Welcome to our Beginner Friendly Warrior Flow! This short, energizing session is designed to get you moving and exploring your strength on both sides of your body. It is beginner friendly as you will not need many sword skills but also allows you to challenge yourself through sculpting yoga postures. In this flow, you will: • Find Your Center: Start at the top of your mat in a grounding chair pose to prepare for the movement ahead. • Build Balance: Transition smoothly into Warrior 3, focusing on your stability and breath. • Embody the Warrior: Explore a variety of warrior variations, including open-hearted warrior, striking warrior, reverse warrior, and warrior 1. • Cultivate Fluidity: Use the "outside flower" technique to transition between poses and maintain a steady flow, especially within the chin to shin movements. • Build Strength and Heat: Challenge yourself with lunging warriors and dynamic "chin to shin" strikes to build functional power. Whether you are new to the practice or looking for a quick, invigorating sequence, this session will leave you feeling strong and centered. We'll see you on the mat!
