Day 07: Switching Hands

Welcome to Day 7 of the Sword Mastery Basics graceful warriors! Today we will learn how to switch hands with our sword, taking it from one to the other comfortably. There are a few drills we learn today to help us land those perfect hand switches: • Practicing spinning the sword and grabbing it back with the same hand • Practicing spinning the sword in the air and grabbing it with the alternate hand • Switching hands behind your back • Bonus: Switching hands behind your back with an extra flower thrown in!
