I thought it was hard to get the symmetry of the hands to go together, but going back and forth on both sides finally got it to click in! Definitely wasn't expecting that much of a stretch in the chest in shoulders from that move!

This one was so hard I need to practice without both arms at the same time

This was super hard for me. But I slowed it down to .25 speed and then practiced at .5 speed. And that helped a lot.
