Hello, graceful warrior. Welcome to the WeaponUp Cycle Syncing Series. This program is designed to be practiced across your menstrual cycle — not all at once. It is a way of training that honors the fact that your body does not feel, move, or respond the same way every day of the month. Your energy shifts. Your focus shifts. Your strength, capacity, and emotional landscape shift too. This series is built to respect that. Across one full cycle, you will move through four phases: menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal. Each phase includes three classes, carefully designed around the qualities that tend to support that part of the cycle best. In the menstrual phase, we focus on grounding, precision, and stillness. In the follicular phase, we move into play, learning, and expansion. In the ovulatory phase, the practice opens into expression, flow, and strength. And in the luteal phase, we return to focus, control, and boundaries. These classes are not meant to be completed back to back or rushed through like a challenge. Instead, you return to each phase in real time, practicing in rhythm with your own body and your own cycle. Some days you may feel powerful and expansive. Other days you may feel quieter, more inward, or more exacting. Both are valid. Both are part of the training. Let the sword become a tool for awareness, discipline, and self-trust as you move through each phase. And a note: if you don’t experience a menstrual cycle — whether that’s because of hormones, contraception, menopause, pregnancy, postpartum, medical reasons, or simply the way your body works — this series is still for you. You can use it as a self-check-in system. Instead of following phases by calendar, choose the class that matches your internal weather that day: grounding when you feel tender, play when you feel open, strength when you feel charged, boundaries when you feel easily drained.
