I'm looking forward to being able to do these drills so quickly! I'm still at the point where I'm learning the Sculpt and Shred Combo, but I think I've learned enough from my own practice to see the "Easter Egg." Once I got the full flower down, I started practicing with the right hand for 10 repetitions then switching to the left hand, focusing on improving my form and integrating hip movements each time, allowing my energy to flow from my hips rather than my arms, and periodically shifting tempo. I eventually learned to change hands in the middle of the flower before going into the infinity symbol, which makes for a fun, elegant movement. HOWEVER, every once in a while, my body wants to continue the repetition on one side rather than transitioning to the other, and as a result, either the next flower is misshapen, or I end up with half flower instead. So, based on my extremely limited experience, I would say the "Easter Egg" lies at 1:21 in the video where the most Excellent Sabina has just switched hands, and her body was arguing whether to go right or left. I really admire her humility - most teachers would not intentionally keep an error in an instruction for their students to see, except to remind them that we all make mistakes and to keep on trying. Considering that Sabina has shared that at the Shaolin Temple her sword training was predominantly on the right side, it would seem that she was given a handicap towards smooth transitions from right hand flows to left hand flows. I will be sure to use this lesson in my own practice to ensure I give equal time to both hands and flows. Thank you, Sabina!! :)

Loved these drills! I woke up a little on edge and agitated this morning and these drills really helped as a stress reliever and getting rid of that excess energy! Thank you Sabina, saving this for later
