Set inside a stunning venue at 1186 S Main Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, the evening will feature a 50-minute signature WeaponUp session led by WeaponUp instructors, blending the fluidity of vinyasa yoga with the grace and discipline of kung fu straight sword movement. Created with beginners in mind, this experience offers an approachable and energizing introduction to the WeaponUp method while still feeling deeply transportive and special. Throughout the session, participants will build strength, balance, coordination, and confidence, all while moving in a way that feels powerful, graceful, and a little bit like stepping into the pages of a favorite fantasy novel.
