The flow starts with a wide stance and moves into a standing triangle position with the sword up overhead.

The sequence includes:
- An outside flower as you extend the sword up into triangle.
- A slight bend in your front knee and a shift of your center of gravity as you lift up into half moon.
- The sword windmills in front of you, coming down into a ninja pose with the sword at your heart center.
- Extending your sword up, and then an outside flower to transition to the other side.
You can keep flowing through the entire movement.
