This class builds balance and flexibility through a steady sword flow. We begin with sun salutations to warm up, move into upper back strengtheners, and then flow through a sequence on the right side with warrior three, standing split, and ninja, chin to shin etc. We then repeat the flow on the left side before closing with finishing postures. A complete session to challenge stability and expand flexibility.
