Welcome to "The Mirror," class number three of our Black Swan series. In this class, you will be mimicking the mirror, which involves a lot of infinity, back-and-forth movement, and circular patterns. You will work on striking, twisting up, turning from side to side, and elongating the chest. You will also practice lifting up, bringing the sword in and under, and turning. (Sounds more confusing than it is!)
This class incorporates a move that is also included in the 10 Days to Sword Mastery. We will practice the full routine two times slowly to help you master each movement.

Here is a short breakdown of the moves in the flow:
- Beginning Moves: You start with an infinity movement, lifting up and turning. You strike forward, twist up, and turn from side to side. Then you take a deep breath, lift up, and bring the sword out with the palm facing the ceiling.
- Striking and Turning: Strike forward. Open and elongate the chest three times. Stop, strike, lift, and bring it back and down. Bring the sword inwards, almost missing the foot, and turn.
- Sword Movement: Strike forward, open the chest three times, then strike. Lift, bring the sword in and under, turn it inwards, lift it up, and pause. Follow this with a standing strike.
- Final Sequence: Perform an overhead flower and come down. Lift up with your hands, bring the left leg behind you, open the chest, and sit down. The final hold is with the hand up, the sword pointing to the first two fingers.
