Join Ellie for a class where you will flow through different variations of the Warrior pose. The class begins with a sun salutation to warm up the body.

- Sitting down into a chair pose while engaging your core.
- Transitioning into Warrior
- Moving into a folded ninja pose
- Striking forward and lifting off while gazing at the tip of your sword.
- Returning to the chair pose.
You will practice the sequence on one side of the mat before taking it to the other side. The movements will be repeated two more times on each side, with the third time going a little bit quicker, following the breath. The instructor, Ellie, emphasizes the balance required on one leg.
