Now that you’ve been introduced to the first part of your flow in Day 3, today we continue building. We begin with a Flower Practice Medley to connect breath and movement, followed by a short warrior-inspired warm-up to activate your legs and core. Then, we move into Part 2 of your full WeaponUP flow, adding new shapes and transitions that challenge your coordination and deepen your embodiment.
You’ll need: your sword, a yoga mat, and a water bottle. You’re building something powerful—one breath, one move at a time.
