Today we build flow and rhythm. We begin with a Flower Practice Medley, helping you connect breath to movement through a fluid review of foundational flowers. From there, we move into a classic sun salutation to warm up the spine and core. The second half of class introduces a warrior-style flow combining Chin to Shin and Lunging Ninja—two signature moves that build strength, focus, and lower body power.
