From Flow in Seven Days

Today we build flow and rhythm. We begin with a Flower Practice Medley, helping you connect breath to movement through a fluid review of foundational flowers. From there, we move into a classic sun salutation to warm up the spine and core. The second half of class introduces a warrior-style flow combining Chin to Shin and Lunging Ninja—two signature moves that build strength, focus, and lower body power.

You’ll need: your sword, a yoga mat, and a water bottle. Let’s move with grace and intention.

I am struggling to figure out the half flower! 😭 I have rewatched that part many times, and i can't figure out how you do it.

I also could not figure it out / my apartment is too small and my sword keeps banging on ceiling or knocking things as well lol
