Grounding Flow on the Mat

This class is a soft, seated practice designed for release and grounding. The entire flow is done on the mat, focusing on slow movements and stretches to help you reset. It’s a gentle session to turn to when you need calm, steady movement and a sense of release.

You Will Need:
  • Your sword
  • Mat

Set up your mat, sit comfortably, and place your sword within reach. Take a few breaths to settle and let the body relax before beginning.
