This 27-minute class targets the upper back and wrists through focused sword work and stretching. We’ll begin by warming up with our sun salutations followed by practicing sword flowers to build strength and mobility in the wrists. We then move into flows with triangle and twisted triangle to open the upper back. A balanced session for mobility, release, and controlled movement.
