Melt away tension and unlock space in your shoulders, chest, and arms with this slow, 27-minute flow. Using the sword as a guide, we’ll move with intention through deep stretches designed to release tightness in the upper body. This practice is unhurried and grounding, perfect for unwinding after long hours at a desk, easing sore muscles, or simply creating more freedom in your breath and posture.

What You’ll Need:
  • Your sword
  • A mat

Come to class a few minutes early and allow yourself to soften into the mat. Place your sword close by and set the tone for release—let go of the day, slow your breath, and prepare to open your upper body with care.
