In this 25-minute class, we focus on cultivating balance through a thoughtfully structured flow that is repeated in reverse. 

By first learning the sequence and then moving through it backward, you’ll gain confidence in your coordination and skill, all while keeping the intensity manageable. Tailored for prenatal participants and those new to sword-based training, this session encourages steady progress, helping you become comfortable with the fluidity of each movement. Repetition and gentle challenges build the foundation for more complex practices down the line. 

  • What you will need: sword, yoga mat, and water bottle.
