WeaponUp Baby Hip and Heart Opener Flow

This 30-minute WeaponUP baby session focuses balance and flexibility. It is for both prenatal practitioners and beginners alike - or just those interested in a slow and calming WeaponUP Session.

We are focusing on hip openers like warrior pigeon and heart openers like camel. Using the straight sword we begin in a seated position at the top of the mat. As you move you will feel ways to release tension in your chest and lower back and have a sense of rejuvenation at the end of your practice
  • What you will need: Sword, yoga mat, and water bottle.

As always, begin each class with intention and with an open mind.
