WeaponUP Baby Sculpt and Flex

This 25-minute WeaponUP baby session focuses on flex and sculpt. It is for both prenatal practitioners and beginners alike - or just those interested in a slow and calming WeaponUP Session.

We are focusing on our hips and thighs and using the straight sword we begin in a standing position ready to start our modified sun salutations. You will incorporate sculpting drills within the wider flex flow to feel the burn in your thighs and buttocks.
  • What you will need: Sword, yoga mat, and water bottle.

As always, begin each class with intention and with an open mind.
