Today marks a powerful shift—we begin learning the flow you’ll master by Day 7. We start as always with a Flower Medley Practice to open the body and sharpen coordination, followed by a strength-building sequence focused on precision and alignment. In this class, you’ll move through Triangle Pose and Twisted Triangle, building balance and stability, before progressing into Lunging Ninja and culminating in a powerful Full Ninja Posture. You’ll need: your sword, a yoga mat, and a water bottle. Let’s root in, rise up, and refine your warrior stance.
