We ease into deep forward folds before rising to our feet for the real burn. Expect: • 30 pulse squats to activate your legs and glutes • 10 lunge-and-slice combos on each side to build heat and coordination • 5 roving ninjas per side for dynamic strength and balance • A closing warrior sequence followed by a calming forward fold and child’s pose to ground your energy Perfect for mornings when you need that full-body wake-up and a clear, strong mind to match.
