Deepen your meditation with extended repetition. After flowing through the first five sword qigong movements eight times each, we cycle through them again for sixteen repetitions. Inspired by traditional Wudang training, this longer rhythm invites a quieter mind, stronger energy alignment, and a deeper sense of embodiment.
