Meditation 4: Last Five Moves × 8 and then × 16
with Sabina Storberg
Continue your progression by practicing the final five sword movements in extended rhythm. As with the other meditations, after eight repetitions of each move, we move into sixteen repetitions. This supports cultivating mental focus, physical grace, and emotional clarity. The meditative power of repetition helps you go deeper with less effort, allowing the sword to become an extension of your breath and intention.
