The most advanced meditation in the series. In this extended session, you’ll move through all ten sword qigong movements twice: first with eight repetitions, then with sixteen. This is where the magic of Wudang-style repetition truly comes alive. With time and breath, each movement becomes a mantra. There is no instruction on this video as you should have already memorized and practiced each move on its own.
