What to Expect • Warmup: Prepare your body with upper-body figure-eight movements and a comprehensive series of half flower spins, practicing both front and back leg crosses to master the necessary footwork. • Technical Flow 1: Learn the first sequence starting with feet together and palms outward, featuring figure-eight movements, two full flowers, and a back half flower spin leading into roving ninja lunges. • Technical Flow 2: Master a slightly different version of the flow, starting closer to the center of the mat and utilizing a front half flower spin to transition into the roving ninjas and reverse warrior pose. • "Fated Mates" Finale: Combine both flows into a final synchronized sequence where partners perform opposing spins to "intertwine," finishing with a powerful outside flower into a reverse warrior. This class is the perfect way to practice WeaponUp, bringing the drama and eternal connection of your favorite stories to your fitness routine.
