30-Minute Splits and Kicks

This 30-minute class builds strength and flexibility with a focus on kicks and splits. We begin with a flowing warmup, then move into standing kick practice for balance and control. The session closes with split training, holding each side for several long breaths to deepen flexibility. A complete class to challenge both stability and range of motion.

You Will Need:
  • Your sword
  • Mat

Have your mat and sword ready. Take a few breaths to center yourself before moving into kicks and deep split holds.
