This 30-minute class builds strength and flexibility with a focus on kicks and splits. We begin with a flowing warmup, then move into standing kick practice for balance and control. The session closes with split training, holding each side for several long breaths to deepen flexibility. A complete class to challenge both stability and range of motion.
